Terms and Conditions Applicable To All Bookings:
The lead party name (‘‘the applicant’’) which appears on the booking email acknowledgment agrees to the terms and conditions on behalf of all other persons in the booking as if they were contracting parties.
The applicant undertakes not to do on their own part or permit to be done by persons under their control, anything which may in the opinion of the management be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the quiet or general comfort of other guests at the site.
When booking via the website it is your responsibility to enter and check that your pitch details are correct.Old Dairy Farm Glamping reserves the right to change this website, including prices and terms and conditions, without notice.
All bookings will request a 25% non-refundable deposit with a balance payment due no later than 7 days prior to arrival.Bookings made within 7 days of the date of stay, payment will be required in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation - Payment will not be taken for bookings canceled 7 days before arrival, any deposit paid is non-returnable however it can be held over to another date, subject to availability later in the year or the following year.If a booking is canceled within 7 days of arrival 100% of the total sum will not be refunded and your stay cannot be rolled over to a later date.
Group booking cancellation - full payment for group bookings is requested 28 days before arrival.If cancellation is made within 28 days of the arrival date 100% of the total sum will not be refunded.
Weather. Due to adverse weather conditions if we have to cancel a booking a full refund will be given under the above circumstances but no compensation will be given.
Old Dairy Farm Glamping nor its servants or agents can accept liability for any death or personal injury, loss, or damage which may be sustained by the applicant or their property during the period they or any of them are at the campsite except where it arises from the negligence of the club, its servants or agents.
Any problems or complaints should be reported to the management as soon as possible in order so they can be resolved.
While every care is taken to ensure that the details shown on the website are correct we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or as the results thereof. We reserve the right to alter or amend our terms, conditions, and facilities without notice.
The Glamping Site are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks, or similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
CAMPSITE RULES AS DISPLAYED IN OUR GUEST INFORMATION FOLDER
• This is a quiet and friendly campsite and we are determined to keep it that way.
• Music to be off by 10.30pm
• NO FIREWORKS. Anyone found in possession of fireworks will be asked to remove them from the site immediately for the safety of other guests and animals
• If anyone is found causing a deliberate disturbance or disruption to others during their stay at our Old Dairy Farm they will be politely asked to leave the site immediately.
• We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to property and persons, etc during your stay at the Old Dairy Farm.
