By Car...
From London continue to Brompton Rd/A4 7 min (1.7 mi).
Take M4, M25 and A3 to Dell Piece E/B2149 in Hampshire. Take exit 2 from A3(M) 1 hr 24 min (70.7 miles). Continue on B2149 to your destination in Emsworth.
From East or West:
From the A27 take the Emsworth exit (A259) and follow the road into the centre of Emsworth. At the roundabout take the first exit (north) (B2148). Continue under the rail and road bridges and then after 0.7 of a mile turn right at the ‘traffic islands’ into Southleigh Road. Take the third left into Hollybank Lane, at the top of Hollybank Lane bear right into Long Copse Lane.Take the second driveway on the left into Old Dairy Farm (signposted at end of drive).
From The North:
Leave the A3(M) at junction 2 and follow the signs to Emsworth B2149 then B2148. Take the first left after the "Emsworth" sign into Southleigh Road at the ‘traffic islands’ and then third left into Hollybank Lane as above.
By Train...
At the Waterloo Station ride South Western Railway towards Portsmouth Harbour. Get off at Havant, you have a choice either to get the train to Emsworth, from Emsworth Station it is a 1.4 mile walk to Old Dairy Farm alternatively you can take a short taxi ride from outside Havant station to Old Dairy Farm.
